Laser Procedure in Dermatology

Lasers are sources of high-intensity light accurately focused into small spots with very high energy.

The aim is to destroy the target cells and not to harm the surrounding skin. There are different types of lasers for different conditions

Eye protection for the patient and the operator


Laser burns with temporary pain, redness, bruising, blistering

Pigment changes (brown and white marks), and scar formation which may be permanent
