The treatment includes anti fungal to control the fungus growth, and keratolytics like coal-tar and salicylic acid to reduce the flakiness and anti inflammatory creams to control the redness and itchiness.

Laser Hair Removal

Lasers are high-intensity light waves targeting a particular cell of your skin that has to be destroyed. For hair reduction, it’s the hair follicle that has to be destroyed. The laser targets the melanin the pigment that gives color to the hair and that’s the reason why you get very good results when you target dark thick hairs than the lighter and thinner hair. Lasers are light waves not ionizing radiation like X-rays so the chance of getting skin cancers or infertility is zero. You should be using eye protective goggles every time you do the laser.

Tattoo removal with Lasers

Q-switched Ndyag Laser is the commonly used laser machine for tattoo removal. A high-intensity laser wave targets the tattoo ink in the skin. Q-switched Ndyag laser works good for black and red ink colors but not so good for greens and blues. As many as 1-10 sessions may be required. There should be a six-week gap between laser sessions to allow the wounds to heal and the body to absorb as much of the ink as is possible.
